On 03.09.2024, the respondent Nos.1 to 3 were directed to remain personally present before this Court. The respondent No.3 is personally present. In-spite of directions of this Court, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are remained absent.

Issue bailable warrant against the respondent Nos.1 and 2, in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, to remain present before this Court, returnable on 03.10.2024.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 filed Civil Application (N) No.88 of 2024 for exemption of respondent No.1 from appearing before this Court alongwith the certificate regarding ill health of the respondent No.1, wherein he has been advised to take bed rest till 28.10.2024. That apart, the respondent No.2 is present.

In that scenario, the order of issuance of bailable warrant against the respondent Nos.1 and 2 is recalled. 5.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, after taking instructions from the respondent No.2, submitted that the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- will be deposited in the bank account of each of the petitioners, within a week.

List this matter on 11.11.2024 with a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in the account of each of the petitioners, apart from the above said direction of paying an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- before the next date of hearing. 7.

Accordingly, the Civil Application (N) No.88 of 2024 is disposed of.
