This civil application seeks condonation of 426 days of delay caused in filing an appeal. Notice was issued to the respondents. All the respondents are served. Ms P.S. Chaudhari, the learned counsel, appears for the legal representative of the respondent No.1 as well as the respondent No.2; and Shri H.R. Dhumale, the learned AGP, appears for the respondent Nos.3 and 4.
After going through the averments, which remained uncontroverted, I am satisfied that a sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.
