Applicant/appellant has filed this application to condone the delay of 108 days caused in the filing of the appeal for which the learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1 A to 1 C has objected. None for respondent No.2, though served.

However, considering the reasons disclosed in the application as well as having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find substance in the objections raised by the learned Advocate for the respondent Nos. 1A-1C, hence, the application is allowed as prayed. The delay of 108 days in filing the application is condoned.
