: 18 NOVEMBER, 2015 Heard learned Counsel for the rival parties. Perused the charge-sheet.
Learned A.P.P. for the respondent-State submits that the only evidence against applicant No.1 is recovery of mobile phone of deceased at the instance of applicant No.1. Insofar as applicant No.2 is concerned, he submits, there is no evidence about conspiracy and further about the agreement to eliminate the deceased for consideration of Rs.2 lac.
The applicants have been arrested on 21/01/2015 and since then they are in jail. In that view of the matter, prima-facie, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order.:
ORDER
Application is allowed.
Applicants; (1) Manish Kishor Meshram and

(2) Smt. Vandana wd/o Ramesh Deshbhratar, be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that they shall attend Police Station Jaripataka, Nagpur on last Sunday of every month between 1.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
