This is an application for condonation of 65 days' delay caused in filing the appeal. Notice was issued by this Court on 17.11.2017. Thereafter, time was granted on 24.11.2017 and 20.12.2017 for filing reply. However, no reply is filed till this date opposing the application. For the reasons stated in Criminal Application No.772 of 2017, which remained uncontroverted, we are satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. Hence, the delay caused is condoned. The application stands disposed of.
