By this Application, the Applicant/Appellant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the Appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the Appellant, who submitted that the delay is caused as the Appellant is in jail and he is not able to communicate with his Counsel. 3.

Learned APP, strongly opposed for the same on the ground that the delay is not properly explained. 4.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the Application and the statutory right will affect if the delay is not condoned. The delay of 43 days is hereby condoned. The
