G. Mewar, Advocate for the appellants. CORAM : A.S. CHANDURKAR, J.

DATE : SEPTEMBER 07 , 2018.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

It is submitted that in view of the fact that the letter of appointment as well as the letter terminating the services of the non-applicant were issued from the Office at Mumbai, part of the cause of action has arisen at Mumbai and in view of the specific clause in the order of appointment, the jurisdiction of the Court at Nagpur has been specifically excluded.

While deciding the Civil Revision Application, it has been observed in paragraph 8 that such stipulation in the letter of appointment would not exclude the jurisdiction of the Court at Nagpur.

I do not find any error apparent on the face of record in the judgment dated 16-8-2018.

The Review Application is therefore rejected. JUDGE Muley
