D ATE : SEPTEMBER 12, 2025 This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition of which registration is refused for non-removal of Office objections. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant-petitioner desires to contest the writ petition on merits and seeks restoration. However, there is delay of seven days in filing the restoration application. It is submitted that the delay is unintentional.

Having regard to the contents of the application, delay of seven days stands condoned. The civil application is disposed of. M.C.A. ST. NO.19542/2025.

This is an application for restoration of the writ petition of which registration is refused for non-removal of Office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicantpetitioner desires to contest the writ petition on merits and seeks restoration.
