The petitioner has an alternate remedy available under the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971. As such we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The writ petition is rejected relegating the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy available in law.
