Learned Advocate Mr Dewang Deepak Vaidya submitted that by this application the applicant is seeking the transfer of matrimonial proceedings bearing Petition A. No.228 of 2022, pending in the Family Court at Amravati. However, non-applicant has withdrawn the said, therefore, he do not want to proceed with this application.
