DATED : 01-10-2018 The learned Counsel for the respondents states that no recovery is made between 29-11-2013 which is the date on which this Court disposed of Writ Petition 5382 of 2013 and 06-5-2014 which is the date on which the revision before the Hon'ble Minister is disposed of. 2.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner Shri D.V. Siras states that during the said period the recovery from salary has continued. The recovery from salary was not an issue before the Tahsildar.

This Court is satisfied that there is no disobedience muchless willful disobedience of the order of this Court.

The contempt petition is dismissed.
