Heard Shri B.G. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the applicants/ petitioners, Mrs. K.S. Joshi, learned Additional GP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar matters, this Court has later on granted ad interim relief ex-parte and the same is continuing even after hearing the respondents. He points out that the cognizance has been taken in PIL No. 108 of 2018 and all connected matters are kept with it on 26.09.2018.

The learned Additional GP is opposing grant of any interim orders.

However, the petitioners still continue in employment. Hence, we are not inclined to treat the petitioners differently.

Therefore, we allow civil applications.

Accordingly, the operation and effect of the impugned order of cancellation of approval dated 27.04.2018 passed by the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur is stayed.
