DATE : 06/08/2018 This petition seeks direction to the respondents to consider the enquiry report and take action against the concerned persons as per law. The petition was filed at the stage of preliminary enquiry. That was completed and thereafter enquiry under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 was initiated and the report to that effect is also placed on record along with Pursis. The report inducts certain persons for committing irregularities. It is the statement made on behalf of the respondents that the report was submitted on 30/1/2018 and the appropriate action as per the report shall be taken in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today.
