This is an application for early hearing of the appeal.

The appeal is against acquittal of offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. The jail appeals are pending before this Court arising out of various sections of the Indian Penal Code and also various appeals in which accused are on bail since year 2007. There is no urgency in the matter. 4.

In that view of the matter, the application is rejected with liberty to learned counsel Shri N.G. Jetha for the applicant to file an application for grant of early .....2/-
