Order 6 SA 72-2010 There are various civil applications filed by respondent no.3(D)- Dr. Kishor Raut. It is for bringing legal representatives on record of other deceased respondents. There is one more application for adding respondent no.11. There is also one more application for grant of temporary injunction. After hearing both the sides, this Court feels that first of all, the application of this respondent for transposition as appellant needs to be decided. Thereafter, all other civil applications can be heard.

At this juncture, office need not to issue notice on other applications. So, the matter be fixed for hearing on Civil Application 1006/2020 and Civil Application No.1048/2020 on 21/08/2021 at serial no.1.
