The application is filed by Power of Attorney Holder of some of Ex Workers.

Learned counsel Dr.Shri Anjan De submits that dues of all workers are already paid.

Applicants who filed the present application shall satisfy the Court regarding their locus standi .

Learned counsel Shri U.J.Deshpande prays for time to file a details affidavit stating his locus standi . 5.
