The present applications are filed for delay condoanation, setting aside abatement and bringing LRs of deceased R.1 Veersingh Chunnilalsingh Balode i.e. the original informant., who admitted died on 28.07.2023 though there is a delay of 386 days, but considering the facts that the LRs of deceased was to continue the proceedings and in the interest of justice, all the applications stand allowed in terms of their respective prayers and disposed of accordingly.
