Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. According to him, land of petitioner No. 1 was acquired for open coal mine project and therefore, benefits of R & R Policy could have been extended to him. He submits that just because the grand daughter has been nominated, benefits or employment cannot be denied to her. In order to buttress his contentions, he has brought to our notice the order dated 11.3.2025, passed in Writ Petition No. 6049/2023, which according to him clearly covers his case.

In view of the prayer made and the order dated 11.3.2025, we direct respondent authorities to decide the issue regarding grant of employment to grand daughter of the petitioner No.1, in the light of order dated 11.3.2025, within four weeks from today. The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of this order before respondent authorities within a week from today. The decision taken by the respondent authorities be communicated to the petitioners, within two weeks, thereafter. Petition is disposed of accordingly. (RAJNISH R. VYAS, J) (ANIL S.
