DATED : OCTOBER 09, 2019 By this application, the respondent No.1 (original claimant) and mother of the victim in the present case has filed this application seeking permission to withdraw the balance amount lying in this Court along with interest. It is pointed out that on earlier occasion this Court had permitted to withdraw certain amount by respondent. It is pointed that the appeal in the present case itself stood dismissed by the conditional order passed by this Court.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer made therein.
