Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, the zero royalty pass is not being issued to the petitioner, though the petitioner has made a specific request. In this backdrop, this Court has decided the issue in Writ Petition No.2078 of 2021 on 7th April, 2022. 2.

We direct the respondent-Authorities to decide the entitlement of the petitioner regarding the zero royalty pass in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2078 of 2021 on 7th April, 2022 within a period of two weeks from today.
