Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. According to him, Project Affected Person Certificate granted in his favour was cancelled without granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. He has invited our attention to communication dated 26.7.2023 which is at page No. 23. Learned AGP do not dispute the said position.

That being so, we set aside the communication dated 26.7.2023 and remand the matter back to Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation), Chandrapur to decide the issue within eight week from today, in accordance with law, by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
