The applicant has filed this application to relax the condition imposed in Criminal Application(APPLN) No.10 of 2024 while granting suspension against conviction that not to leave the jurisdiction of the Appellate Court i.e. District and Sessions Court, Nagpur without prior permission of Sessions Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has stated that the mother of the applicant is staying in Amravati. She is 90 years of age and he has to take care of her. The applicant has to travel for his work to Saoner and other places. Every time he has to take permission of the Kavita
2 / 2 69- appp 1813-25 District and Sessions Court, Nagpur. For other co-accused such condition is not imposed.
3. In view of above said circumstances, the condition No.5, which was imposed in the order dated 08/02/2024 on applicant/accused is relaxed .
