This being a peculiar case, this Court vide order dated 27/11/2024 considering the fact that the applicant was in advanced stage of pregnancy released the applicant on temporary bail for a period of six months in Crime No.92/2024 for the offences under Sections 20(b)(ii), 29 and 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

The six month's period is expiring today i.e. 27/05/2025. 6.

The applicant has moved this application for further extension of period of temporary bail for a period of one year by submitting that the child delivered by the applicant on 06/12/2024 is merely five months old and in dire need of his mother and there is no one in the family to look after the child except applicant.

Hence considering the fact that the child is only five months old and requires company of mother, as temporary arrangement, I proceed

The period of temporary bail of six months granted by this Court by order dated 27/11/2024 is extended for further period of three weeks from today.

Matter be listed before the regular Court for further orders on 17/06/2025.
