Appeal is dismissed, as the order dated 02.03.2017 passed by this Court is not complied. Private paper book not filed within a period of four months from the date of the order. The delay is of 393 days.
Shri Sonwane, learned Advocate has submitted that he has inquired in the office, when he went to file a paper book. At that time, he came to know about the dismissal of appeal. Therefore, there is delay.
The applications are allowed, subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be paid to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur. After the payment of costs, appeal be restored at the stage when it was dismissed.
