Heard. Due to subsequent events, this petition has been rendered infructuous and it is disposed of accordingly. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a suitable representation to the appropriate authority within two weeks from the date of the order. If it is so made, respondent Nos. 4 & 5 shall decide the representation within two weeks from the date of its receipt. Further liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court if there is fresh cause of action.

Disposed of accordingly. No costs.
