This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant relied upon the earlier order passed by this Court in the matter arising out of same acquisition and claimed that he should be permitted to withdraw the amount.

Considering the order dated 16.01.2025 passed in Civil Application No.126 of 2025, applicant/respondent no.1 Sahebrao Govindrao Kapde is permitted to withdraw 50% on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% on execution of solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial), along with proportionate interest accrued thereon. 5.

The application is therefore, allowed in above terms and disposed of.
