The order dated 25.4.2025 shows that on the date of pronouncement of the judgment, the learned counsel for the claimant considering the age of the appellant made specific request to direct the respondents to deposit the enhanced amount within a reasonable period. Accordingly, this court directed the respondents to deposit enhanced amount of compensation on or before 31.08.2025. Thereafter, the order was further modified by the order dated 19.9.2025. 2.

By this application which is filed in the month of August-2025, two months time was sought to comply the judgment of this court. Practically at present one month is expired but the respondents failed to show any steps they have taken in the matter to comply the order of this court. 3.

As per the calculation of the appellant, total compensation which is required to be deposited by the respondents is Rs.97,06,029/- till 22.10.2025.

Hence, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the period of two months is extended. It is made clear that no further time will be extended in the matter.
