Heard Shri A.B. Bambal, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and Shri K.L. Dharmadhikari, learned A.G.P. for non-applicants/ respondents.

Petition has been disposed of after recording statement made by the learned A.G.P. that the caste claim would be decided within a period of one year. At that juncture, liberty was given to petitioner to approach again for appropriate interim relief, if occasion therefor arises.

Learned counsel for the applicant / petitioner submits that on 16.09.2017, she has learnt

Order 1809caw2127.17 about her selection in B.A.M.S. Course and possibility of her securing admission in College at Nagpur. As caste claim is still under consideration, she has not been admitted.

The matters in which Bench at Aurangabad permitted admission against undertaking have been remanded back for final decision at Mumbai by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Petitions filed before this Court are also been transferred to Mumbai.

In this situation, we are not in a position to pass any orders on above Civil Applications in disposed of Writ Petition.

With liberty to applicant / petitioner to take such other steps as are open to her in law, we disposed of civil applications. No cost.
