Accepting the reasons offered in the application explaining the situation which led to non-compliances, resulting into dismissal of appeal, to be satisfactory, Misc. Civil Application No. 1239 of 2015 is allowed. Second Appeal No. 219 of 2015 is restored to its file. ----- Second Appeal :
