Perused the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.2.

It is submitted that the work of extension of the pipeline from Umarsara Distribution Pipeline to Sai Nagar and Malani Nagar is already over. It further states that as and when the applications are received for supply of tap connections, the same would be decided in accordance with the procedure.

In that view of the matter, petition has served its purpose. The same is, therefore, disposed of. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
