By the present application, the petitioners are seeking permission to withdraw the petition on the ground that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties. 2.

Respondent Nos.5 and 6 have no objection, if the petitioners are allowed to withdraw the petition. 3.

In view of above and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The amount deposited by the petitioners with the Registry shall be returned back to them.
