DATED : 24-3-2015 Shri Patil, learned Advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the applications (Exhibit No. C-6 and Exhibit No. C-7) which were filed by the petitioners before the Industrial Court and on which the impugned order is passed, with liberty to file appropriate application.
Shri Jaiswal, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Shri Bhure for respondent nos. 1 to 7 objects to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners seeking liberty to file fresh application.
Shri Bangadkar, learned AGP for respondent nos. 8 to 10 submits that he has no concern with the present controversy.
Though the learned Advocate for the respondent
2 wp112.14 nos. 1 to 7 has objected, considering the facts of the case and to sub-serve the ends of justice, request as made on behalf of the petitioners to withdraw the applications with liberty as prayed for is granted.
The applications (Exhibit C-6 and Exhibit C-7) having been withdrawn, consequently, the impugned order does not survive and it is rendered non est.
The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
