This petition is not pressed in view of following order:

(i) The Divisional Joint Registrar has ordered condonation of delay subject to deposit of 50% of the recoverable amount.

ii) The petitioners are at liberty to approach before the said authority for deposit of balance amount of 50% of the amount to be recoverable from him as was claimed that pursuant to the indulgence by this Court, petitioners have deposited certain amount to the respondent bank.

2 1wp6946.2022. iii) In case, if the petitioners approaches Divisional Joint Registrar, we expect said authority to consider the claim of the petitioners who have already deposited the amount with the bank.
