The applicant moved this application for speaking to the minutes particularly to the paragraph 3 of the order of this Court.

It is seen from the record that the Sub Divisional Officer has allowed the application by order dated 30.01.2019. However, in the order dated 19.08.2025, in paragraph 3 of the order, inadvertantly, it was recorded as 'rejected' instead of 'allowed'.

Hence, the application is allowed. Corrections be carried out in paragraph 3 of the order and corrected copy be uploaded afresh.
