DATED : 16-02-2017 Accepting the reasons stated in the applications, time to deposit the amount is extended and the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount till 24-02-2017. The civil applications are allowed accordingly. Civil Application Nos.1800/2016, 1801/2016 & 1799/2016.

The office note shows that the proposed legal representatives of the respondent Nos.11(i) to 11(iii) are served.

Accepting the reasons stated in the application which are not controverted inasmuch as the respondents have not filed reply, the delay in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No.11 on record is condoned, the abatement is set aside and

2 caf225.17 the appellant is permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of the respondent No.11 whose details are given in paragraph No.3 of Civil Application No.1801/2016.

The civil applications are allowed accordingly. Civil Application No.2048/2015 & First Appeal (Stamp) No.9795/2015.

Issue notice to the respondent Nos.11(i) to 11(iii), returnable on 25-04-2017.

On deposit of the amount as per the order passed on Civil Application No.2049/2015, the interim order granted by this Court on 07-12-2015 shall continue, until further orders.
