For non-compliance of the order passed in Writ Petition No.969 of 2004, the present contempt petition is fled.

By fling afdavit in reply, the respondents have contended that the due arrears of salary diference of petitioner's wife to the tune of Rs.3,35,235/- were disbursed vide cheque no.792914 dated 14.01.2019 to the son of petitioner namely Pawan Satish Chaudhary on 17.01.2019. Rs.27,010/- which were dues of the gratuity were disbursed to the petitioner vide cheque no.792922 dated 11.02.2019. Regular

9 CP-261-2018 pension is being paid.

In view of the compliance of the order passed in writ petition, the contempt petition is disposed of.
