The delay is explained stating that, due to improper legal advice earlier writ petition was filed challenging the order passed by the learned first Appellate Court rejecting the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, which are not disputed by filing reply, in the considered opinion of this Court the delay deserves to be condoned. 4.
