Respondent - Sitaram Udasi has expired on 07.04.2013. Death certificate issued by the competent authority under Municipal Council, Tumsar is on record with a letter from that Authority. It appears that the Police Inspector at Tumsar has also recorded statement of relatives. 3.

In view of this, Criminal Appeal does not survive. The same is disposed of as abated. No costs.
