The matter was heard yesterday, and came to be adjourned to today so as to enable Shri Kasat, learned counsel to obtain further instructions. 3.
Shri Kasat, learned counsel upon instructions from respondent nos. 2,3 and 10 states that the basic/first notice dated 26.07.2010 at Annexure-F with the Writ Petition is withdrawn with
Order 1706wp5916.15 all further consequential notices. Fresh action in the matter shall be initiated, if necessary, in accordance with law.

In view of this statement, we find that grievance made by petitioner does not survive. Keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the Writ Petition as infructuous. No costs.
