For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the delay in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 is hereby condoned. Since the right to sue survives against the legal heirs of deceased-respondent No.1, permission is granted to bring the legal heirs of deceased-respondent No.1 on record. Accordingly, the abatement order against respondent No.1 is set aside. 05.

Necessary amendments be carried out within a week from today. The applications are allowed and disposed of accordingly. The matter be listed after two weeks.
