Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that although challenge is raised to the orders passed on the temporary injunction application by the trial court as well as appellate court, the construction is completed and therefore, the petitioner does not want to prosecute the instant petition. He, therefore, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition. 2.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant petition.

Considering the fact that the petitioner-plaintiff is aged more than 82 years old as on today, the trial court is directed to expeditiously decide the civil suit bearing Regular Civil Suit No.291 of 2024, preferably within a period of six months from today. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
