The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.438/2025 registered with Police Station Gittikhadan, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. The applicant is protected by granting ad-interim anticipatory bail on 08/09/2025. He is attending the police stations as per the conditions imposed while granting ad interim protection.

The learned APP conceded that he is attending the police station and co-operating the police machinery. Kavita

2 / 2 6-aba 669-25 Considering the civil nature of the offence and considering the legal notice issued to this applicant by the complainant, the interim protection granted on 08.09.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions with a rider that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer.
