The said applications have been filed because the appeal which was admitted by order dated 12.12.2018 stood dismissed due to conditional direction given under said order whereby the appellants were supposed to file private paper book within a period of six months from the date of order and in case of failure, the appeal was to be dismissed without reference to Court.

Due to failure on the part of the appellant in filing of private paper book within stipulated period of time, the appeal stood dismissed necessitating filing of the present applications.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Consequently, delay is condoned and the appeal is restored, subject to the appellants filing private paper book within a period of two weeks from today.
