Learned Counsel for respondent states that this Court, while deciding the appeal by its judgment dated 08.01.2024, granted permission to deposit the entire compensation amount within a period of four months from the date of uploading the judgment and order. Accordingly, four months period was expired on 08.05.2024. 2.

It is stated that due to some technical difficulties, the amount which was ready, could not be deposited in the matter and, therefore, some delay was caused in depositing the amount. However, it is stated that the said amount has been deposited on 15.09.2025.

It is also informed that the said amount is already withdrawn by the claimants. In view of this, direction of depositing Rs.10,000/- is dispensed with.
