This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by Acquiring Body. In connected matter arising out of the same acquisition, in Civil Application (CAF) No. 353/2024 in First Appeal No. 724/2023, this Court has permitted claimant therein to withdraw 50% amount by order dated 06.12.2024. 3.

In view of the above, application is allowed. Claimant/applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of amount alongwith proportionate accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% along with proportionate accrued interest thereon, on execution of solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
