All the petitioners are claiming to be the employees of the respondent no.5-Guruwarya Ashray Matimanda Mulanchi Niwasi Shala (for short, 'the respondent no.5-School'), a school for specially abled children, which is run and managed by the respondent no.4-Swa.Manikrao Anavhane Shikshan Sanstha (for short, 'the respondent no.4-Society').
It is the case of the petitioners that the administrative approval is granted to the other staff by the respondent nos.2 and 3 pursuant to the proposal submitted by the respondent nos.4 and 5 bypassing the claim of the petitioners who are working since substantial period. It is urged that the claim put forth by the petitioners be directed to be decided by the respondent no.2, expeditiously.

In the backdrop of the submissions made, Shri S.M. Ukey, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent nos.1
2 WP5970-24.odt to 3 submits that in the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court may pass an appropriate order.

In the aforesaid background, particularly in view of the claim put forth by the petitioners that the respondent no.2 has bypassed them while granting the administrative approval to the other staff, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioners to appear before the respondent no.2-Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Nagpur Division on December 09, 2024 with detail representations in the form of appeals alongwith relevant documents. Once the petitioners appear with written grievance which they intend to substantiate with documentary evidence, the respondent no.2 is directed to look into the said grievances of the petitioners expeditiously and communicate the decision taken within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioners before him.
