Registration of Contempt Petition St.

No.1309/2024 was refused in view of order dated 03/03/2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) since objections were not removed within a period of two weeks granted by the learned Registrar (Judicial).

This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing revision application challenging the said order. 3.

The reason for delay in removing the office objections is attributed to the clerk of the learned Advocate. It is stated that when the said fact came into notice, the application is filed without any further delay. Statement is made that all office objections will be removed within the time granted by this Court.

In view of above, the delay caused in filing revision application against the order dated 03/03/2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is condoned. Civil Application (CAO) No.1111/2025 is allowed and for the same reason, Misc. Civil Application St. No.15802/2025 is also allowed.

All office objections be removed positively on or before 10/10/2025, failing which, the contempt petition shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution without further reference to the Court.
