DATED : 25/09/2019 In this petition, relief sought is in the nature of direction to register the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code against the respondent nos. 2 to 4. It is alleged that the respondent nos. 2 to 4 are in the management of Smt. Radhabai Sarda College, Anjangaon Surji, and the respondent no. 2 - Principal, respondent no. 3 - President and respondent no. 4 - Secretary allegedly recovered Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 15,000/- illegally from each student.

Instead of taking appropriate action as are available in law, the petitioner has directly approached this Court.

We are not inclined to examine the allegations in the petition, at this stage, and therefore, we dismiss the petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate recourse as are available in law.
