After arguing the matter for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to approach the Chief Executive Officer for making a representation with a prayer to recall the order of suspension. He further submits that request for change in the headquarters during the period of suspension would also be made. The petitioner is at liberty to take such steps. If such representation is made by the petitioner, the Chief Executive Officer shall consider the same in accordance with the law and take a decision thereon within a period of two weeks of receiving such representation.
