Vide order dated 24.08.2022 in-charge of Police Station, Goregaon, District-Gondia was directed to conduct the enquiry and verify, whether the appellant herein is dead or not. In pursuance to that, the report is submitted by the learned APP, the copy of which is marked 'X' for identification.

By this report, it is mentioned that Hagru Gopal Bijewar, resident of Parsaditola, Tah. Goregaon, DistrictGondia expired on 17.11.2021. Police Inspector of Police Station, Goregaon placed on record death certificate of Hagru Gopal Bijewar. He also placed on record the certificate of Police Patil of Mouza Parsaditola by which it is informed that Hagrusav Gopalsav Bijewar and Hagru Gopal Bijewar is the same person. The report is taken on record. The appeal stands abated against the appellant and disposed of.
